Introduction
Welcome! I am a class of '27 undergraduate student studying nursing with a minor in ethics, and political science. During my semester in Reading, Writing, and Inquiry at IUPUI I have completed a thirteen week guided project in with three papers throughout. I've made it my mission to delve into one of our cultures most valued commodity: coffee. Traveling across Indianapolis, I've found some of the best cafes for college students. To better be able to determine what makes good coffee, I attended a cupping class and toured the factory at Kaldi's roastery. Sit down with a nice cup of joe and get ready to learn more about the cultural background, chemical makeup, and brewing of the worlds most popular drug.
